Responsibilities:
Overall Responsibilities of the Post
- To support the planning, developing, establishing, and maintaining Villa Group brand development and communications and PR strategies to meet communication objectives of Villa group. Coordinate and assist the communications, media, and promotional activities.
Specific Duties
- Work closely with colleagues from across multiple Villa brands (Hospitality, trade, education, aviation, fisheries, and more) to carryout communications, media and brand related activities and initiatives.
- Coordinate communications and PR campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure the advertisements are well reached and to build the credibility of the brands.
- Contribute to the implementation of communication and media strategies.
- Carrying out communications research to keep up to date with communications trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Event Management or related field WITH minimum 02 years of experience in a related field OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Event Management or related field WITH minimum 01 years of experience in a related field.
Job Skills and Specifications
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Dhivehi and English
- Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Should be able to work as an individual and as a team player
- Should be able to prioritize one’s tasks and manage ones own time effectively.
Salary Benefits:
- Salary (with other allowances) : MVR 14,000 to 15,000
