REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years guest service/ hotel experience with minimum of 1 year in hotel
management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieving business results
- Supporting profitability and revenue goals
- Assist in conducting strategic planning and decision making
- Managing projects and policies
- Managing and conducting Human Resource activities.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Hotel operational finance knowledge – previous Asst DOF or
smaller hotel director of finance
- Numeracy - using mathematics to solve problems,
calculations, presentations etc
- Knowledge of Economics and Accounting principles and
practices.
- Management of financial resource
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Knowledge of Administration and Management
- Knowledge of practices and procedures needed for Purchasing
and Material Management
- Basic knowledge of Human Resource and Management
MVR 25,000 to 30,000
