Job Description:
– Handle cash transactions
– Collect payments
– Issue receipts, refunds, changes, etc.
– Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Qualifications & Requirements:
– O Level Standard and above
– Experience in similar fields would be an advantage
– Computer skills, Good communication skills in English & Dhivehi
– Ability to work in a team environment and can manage time efficiently
– Pleasant personality and professionalism
