Job Description:
- Handle cash transactions
- Collect payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, changes, etc.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Qualifications & Requirements:
- O Level Standard and above
- Experience in similar fields would be an advantage
- Computer skills, Good communication skills in English & Dhivehi
- Ability to work in a team environment and can manage time efficiently
- Pleasant personality
