Description:
- Handle and record customer inquiries, attend to customer grievances and complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Record, maintain and prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
- Enter and update new or existing customer information
- Maintain the quality of service at all times for continued customer satisfaction
