Description
Requirements / Qualifications:
* To be knowledgeable in Food and Beverage service and operation.
* Lead by example, vibrant, skillful, empowered and dedicated
* Professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Be able to deliver and provide new styles and innovations.
* At least 2 years experienced in a similar role or as Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager and ready to take the next steps.
* WSET level certification.
* Excellent Administrative Skills and possesses good knowledge of the business
* Self-motivated, energetic and willing to work in a challenging isolated location.
