Job Description
• Identify areas within revenue assurance and fraud management processes 
that can be automated to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Ensure policies and controls are in place to minimize revenue leakages and 
fraud.
• Analyze revenue streams, customer accounts, and billing records to ensure 
accurate billing and revenue recognition.
• Identify potential revenue leakages in new products, services and existing 
systems. 

Qualification & Experience 
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or in a related field. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in SQL development will be an added advantage.
