State Electric Company Limited (STELCO) is seeking to recruit a talented and qualified individual to fill the position of:

Position: Assistant Manager

No. of Positions: 01

Salary: MVR20,000.00 (Including basic salary and other allowances)

Department: Human Resources and Training Department

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing HR policies and procedures documents in adherence to legislative requirements.
• Contribute to developing and facilitating the implementation of organizational design to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with company strategy.
• Assist in establishing change management strategies and policies to plan and facilitate the transition of employees, resources, business processes and operations that is sustainable and aligned with business objectives.
• Assist in designing change projects to deliver the appropriate culture, values & behaviors, new skills and competencies and new processes & systems.
• Provide support and assistance to STELCO Management and teams on Change management, planning and implementation.
• To lead in defining and developing job requirement and expectations against specific metrics, structures, or systems
• To lead in establishing job framework / career pathway to provide pathways to facilitate employee’s career development and progression within the organization.
• Assist in leadership and organization development initiatives and programs
• Assist in dealing with disciplinary and grievance cases
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification and Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification in a related field
• Minimum 3-years’ experience in a related field
