ASSISTANT HR OFFICER – (01 Position)
Requirements:
- A’ Level / Degree I Diploma in HR or any related discipline
- Proven record and/or relevant HR & Admin experience in similar field
- Attendance & Punctuality at work is mandatory
- Competence in MS Office and/or other related HR Softwares
- Fluent in English and Dhivehi is a must
- Professional attitude and flexibility with the positive approach
- Multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Able to work independently as a team player
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents as per the requirements
- Coordinate in recruitments, enrollment, attendance and staff movements
- Maintain and regularly updating master database of each employee
- Hands on experience in XPAT Online and other related HR online platforms
- Administer Staff Medicals, Ticketing and Banking documentations
- Perform other clerical HR duties as and when assigned
- A team player with high level of dedication and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Negotiable based on Experience & Qualification
