Responsibilities
• Maintain all employees records including attendance, holidays, unauthorized absenteeism
• All works related to expatriate employees, inclusive those at work site, such as their work permit, visa fee and medical
• Do Monthly Employees Pension
• Assisting to monitor office equipment relating to repair and upkeep
• Assisting to maintain filing system for all types of record keeping
Specific Skills
• Excellent spoken and written Dhivehi and English
• Familiar with Xpat Online system
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to be proactive and take initiative
• Ability to work under pressure
