Primary Responsibilities:
• Make day-to-day sales and purchases forms
• Make day-to-day accounting entries
• Handling and checking petty cash payments
• Reconciling petty cash and bank accounts regularly
• Ensure proper book-keeping and filing regularly
• Compile and analyze financial information and make necessary financial reports
• Manage staff information and prepare payroll.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
• Diploma in Accounting / AAT /CAT / ACCA skill level
• 3 years’ experience in accounting and finance
• Excellent in working with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and Word
• Experience in using Accounting software and experience in QuickBooks would be an added advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Dhivehi.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projection.
Salary: MVR9,000 - MVR12,000
