Society for Health Education (SHE) is looking for a suitable candidate for the following post.
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (HR)
Qualification:
• Diploma in Management /Administration /Human Resource Management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR & Administration field
Requirements:
• Should be a Maldivian
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Willing and able to multi-task
• Focused and target oriented
• Able to work as part of a team
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Maintain HR database, employee records and files.
• Handle payroll processing, track and report payroll information.
• Complete assigned reporting functions involving attendance statistics, termination, hire and transfer data, and other information assigned.
• Carry out the development and administration of human resource policies and programs.
• Perform general office support functions and assist area personnel as necessary.
• Coordinate in conducting and monitoring performance appraisal process.
• Coordinate in conducting and monitoring trainings of employees.
• Support the Director in Governance related requirements.
• Undertake any other applicable tasks assigned by the Director.
Working Hours: 0800 HRS to 1430 HRS
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (except weekend and all public holidays)

Total Salary Range: MRF 6,970.00- 7,900.00 (will be determined based on qualification and experience)
