We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and dedicated individual to join our team as Admin & HR assistant
Responsibilities
• Maintain a proper system to record incoming mails & outgoing documents.
• Ensure that document management and retention policy is applied on all documents. –
• Ensure that proper arrangements are done for local & foreign travel, official meetings & trips.
• Obtain expatriate job applications from recruitment agencies when a vacancy arises.
• Be up to date on government rules & regulations on expatriate recruitment and update superiors on changes.
• Ensure all staff records are up to date.
• Prepare and check overtime claims.
Requirements
• Diploma in related field
• Work experience will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English & Dhivehi, verbal & written.
• Familiar with MS Office
• Knowledgeable in Maldives Labor law and Visa processing
• Able to form excellent relationships, internal & external
• Pro-active self-starter & ability to multi-task
• Punctual
• Friendly personality & cooperation well with colleagues
• Hardworking & fast learner
• Active social personality
• Able to work in a hectic work environment
