We are lookin for a Account Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities
• Matching of invoices to purchase orders and Goods Receipt Note
• Entering invoices into the system for payment
• Maintenance of Vendor records
• Reconciliation of credit statements
• Ad Hoc duties as requested
Requirements
• GCE A ‘Level minimum or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to deliver deadlines and cope with challenges
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to Villa Group’s vision, mission objectives and values
Key Selection Criteria
• Previous experience in Accounts or a related field
• Drive, energy & the ability to make a positive impact
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Active listening skills
• Ability to build & maintain strong relationships
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational & negotiation skills
• High level of computer literacy (advance excel)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Adaptability, flexibility & the ability to manage unpredictable & varying workloads
• Knowledge of the Hotel Industry preferred, however not essential
