Key Responsibilities
- Preparing payment vouchers and cheques as instructed
- Preparing invoices as instructed
- Updating and filing the daily registers (payment voucher, invoice, petty cash, etc.)
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Handling and managing all banking works (withdrawals/application submission etc.)
- Preparing and presenting monthly financial reports
- Complete all routine works within the deadline
- Assist senior financial officers as needed
- Any problems should be reported to your superior in a timely manner
- Organize daily accounting operations
- Other related works assigned by the management from time to time
Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate Degree or higher in accounting
- Proven working experience (Minimum 3 years) in the Maldives
- Familiar with Maldives banking systems and taxation
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Previous experience related to the industry would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work odd and long hours
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks)
- Flexible, self-motivated hardworking, disciplined, and with a high level of positive energy.
- Able to multi-task

Remuneration: NEGOTIABLE
Working hours: 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs
