Job Description
- We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.
Primary Functions & Responsibilities
- Make day-today entries to QB, and make necessary financial reports
- Invoicing and Communication with Clients
- Bank Reconciliations and Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Work with Accountant and other relevant staff to complete the internal Audits and yearly Financials reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience in the related field.
- Knowledge in QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of double entry bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good organizational skills & ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
