Starting Salary: MVR 10,000

Key responsibilities

1.Coordinate and oversee the transportation and delivery of goods to and from the godown, ensuring timely and efficient movement while optimizing costs.
2. Manage the arrangement and storage of goods in the godown, ensuring proper categorization and adherence to safety protocols to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
3. Prepare accurate reports and documentation related to goods received, dispatched, and stored in the godown, ensuring compliance with organizational procedures and regulatory requirements.
4. Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance to ensure smooth operations, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
5. Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment used for logistical operation, such as pickup trucks, pallet jacks, racks, ensuring they are in proper working condition for smooth operations.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the godown, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety among warehouse staff.
7.Identify areas for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement within the logistics operations, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance overall performance.

Qualification 
•    O’  Level Standard,
•    Basic Computer Knowledge 
•    Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
•    Strong leadership qualities to supervise and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts. 
•    Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation, proper inventory tracking
•    Previous experience in logistics coordination or inventory control is highly desirable
•    Should be punctual
