Qualification and other Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in QA/QC and internal auditing within the built environment or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and compliance.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Certification in Quality Management or Internal Auditing (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 19011) is a plus.

 Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC processes, policies, and procedures to maintain the highest level of quality in all aspects of the firm's projects and services.
• Conduct regular audits of ongoing and completed projects to verify compliance with quality standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Perform internal audits of the firm's processes, systems, and documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established procedures.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations, including safety and environmental guidelines.
• Identify potential risks and areas of concern in projects and processes and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Oversee the maintenance and organization of project documentation, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Identify and document instances of non-compliance or deviations from established standards and work with project teams to implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams and staff members on QA/QC best practices, standards, and processes.
• Liaise with clients on quality-related matters, address their concerns, and ensure that their requirements are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with management and project teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall project delivery processes.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and track performance against these metrics.
• Participate in project reviews to evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Evaluate the quality performance of vendors and suppliers and recommend improvements as needed.

• Stay updated with industry best practices, new regulations, and emerging trends related to quality assurance and internal auditing.
• Prepare and present regular reports on QA/QC performance, audit findings, and improvement initiatives to senior management
