JOB TITLE: MANAGER, KULHUDHUFFUSHI OUTLET

LOCATION:  SHEESHA KULHUDHUFFUSHI OUTLET.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure smooth daily operations of outlet to achieve sales target.
• Evaluate and solve problems in a highly precise manner.
• Address & assist customer queries courteously.
• Motivate & plan daily duties for the outlet team.
• Handle employee relations matters with HR

REQUIREMENTS:

• Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience of at least three years will be an advantage.
• Good problem solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prioritize & multitask effectively.
• Flexible personality and able to work for long hours.

SALARY & OTHER REMUNERATIONS

• Annual increments as per company policy.

• Salary: 15,000.00 to 17,000
