Description

In line with the ongoing expansion of Samann Entities, Samann Investments Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Corporate Office as an Assistant Manager, Admin. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth functioning of all administrative and project matters at the Corporate Office.

 

Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, Admin, the new member will be appointed to oversee all aspects of general office coordination and administration, as well as play a pivotal role in property management.

 

Handle and lead day-to-day administrative duties, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and providing general support to the team.
Coordinate and manage real estate client meetings, property maintenance, and upkeep. Supervise the housekeeping section to maintain a clean and organized property management.
Interact with local authorities for licenses and renewals, ensuring compliance with regulations. Monitor and arrange payments for monthly utilities of company properties.
Manage company vehicle licenses and coordinate maintenance activities.
Collaborate with the purchasing department to place orders related to properties and maintenance.

 

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dhivehi and English, with the capacity to independently handle all dealings with minimum supervision. Proficiency in MS Office package and Project Management System is required. Excellent leadership skills, customer-oriented, and a vibrant character are essential.

 

Experience
A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.

 

Qualification
Holding a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Equivalent in one or more of the relevant functional areas.
