Marinedo is looking to immediately hire Sales Associates for Marinedo's retail toy store chain Kokky. Store locations in Male' and Hulhumale'. All required training will be provided by our team. Working hours will be in shift duties (morning & evening).

A successful applicant will gain the experiences within the ranges of content production, multi-channel content optimization, retail marketing, social media marketing, social media Ad buying, physical Ad buying and vendor relation management. 

Qualifications: 
▪️Diploma or Degree in Marketing Management
▪️ Good designers eye
▪️ Passion to understand, optimize and participate in the buying and selling process
▪️ An understanding of the content creation and marketing process
▪️ Excellent written and spoken English

Prior experience with content creation, design and marketing management will be a bonus. 

Duties & Responsibilities:
▪️ Team management
▪️ Marketing campaign planning and execution
▪️ Achievement of key marketing objectives (OKR's and KPI's) 
▪️ Identification of processes and practices to be improved upon
▪️ Internal and external team coordination
▪️ Highly quality decision making
▪️ Content writing (yes, you can use chatGPT)
▪️ Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
▪️ Analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
▪️ Maintain Website 
▪️ Co-ordinating with sales teams and marketing team to develop strategies 
▪️ Seek and implement other ways of improving the sales
▪️ Plan, develop and execute impactful marketing exercises
▪️ Work towards achieving sales targets & marketing objectives
▪️ Oversee Content Creation

Pay Range: MVR 12000 - MVR 15999
