Requirement
- Must complete GCE O Level or A level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Two Years of Experience in similar fields would be an added advantage
- Ability to learn and understand technology
- Ability to research online for new products and services and keep an eagle eye for new trends (Mobile Phone & Electronics)
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales, cash controls, general accounting, and cashier procedures
- Able to delegate job tasks and give instructions in an oral and/or written manner
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make quick executive decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to use new software programs with basic training.
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Inventory Management - ensuring that orders are made on time, that inventory counts are accurate, and always remaining adequately stocked without unnecessary waste.
- Maintaining the store’s sales floor. This involves setting up displays, ensuring that the store is clean and orderly, and making sure shelves are stocked.
- Willing to help customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and comments. This can include helping customers to find specific items, sorting out complex refunds, resolving complaints, and more.
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
-Coordinate with our partners to ensure that services are provided uninterrupted & Issues are solved on time.
-Maintain service level expectations by Quality Control and utilizing checklist(s)
