We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dhivehi and English is necessary
• Physical and Mental capability to work long hours; 10-12 hours given circumstances
• 2-5 years' proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Experience and working knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office will be added bonus
• Numerical skills.
• Commercial and social awareness
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Salary and Remuneration; MVR 15,000 at starting [Negotiable considering experience]
