- Ensure customers are properly informed on any queries or complaints regarding Ooredoo products, services & offers. 
- Positively contribute to the smooth operation of customer care, adhere to policies and procedures at all the times.
- Ensure customer complaints and feedbacks are escalated to superiors on a timely manner. 

Qualification & Experience:
- A 'Level
- Minimum 01 year of experience in a similar role.
