Operations Manager (Travels) 

Main Responsibilities 

•    Ensure that the speed boats are well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations.
•    Schedule regular maintenance checks and repairs.
•    Maintain detailed records of maintenance history for each speedboat.
•    Work with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
•    Maintain inventory levels for speed boat supplies, such as fuel, food, and water.
•    Order supplies as needed to ensure that speed boats are properly stocked.
•    Work with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery.
•    Monitor and manage expenses related to supplies.
•    Coordinate with the captains team to ensure that speed boats are ready for trips.
•    Work with the captains team to develop schedules and routes for each boat
•    Monitor the progress of each trip and ensure that any issues are addressed promptly
•    Work with the captains team to develop and implement safety protocols
•    Provide assistance in the overall operation of the ferry service
•    Assist with passenger and cargo loading and unloading
•    Work with the customer service team to ensure that passengers are well-informed and satisfied with the service
•    Assist with any emergency situations that may arise

Other Requirement

•    Having a captain’s driving license will be an added advantage. 
•    Should be detailed- oriented and work in a well-organized manner
•    Ability to work well under pressure
•    Strong Communication and leadership skills 
•    Actively seeking out new sales opportunities
•    Maintaining a healthy relationship captains and crew team and other stakeholders in the Company.
