Position: Business Development Manager (LOCAL)
Responsibilities:
1. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
2. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
3. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
4. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
5. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
6. Developing goals for the sales team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
7. Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients.
8. Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them.
9. Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods.
10. Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business.
11. Collaborate with sales team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
12. Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
13. Preparing status reports on goals.
14. Develop new business proposals based on market demand.
Qualification and Experience:
1- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
2- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
3- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
4- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
5- Excellent organizational skills.
6- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
7- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, CorelDraw, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
8- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
