• Learn and understand various firefighting techniques, including fire suppression, search and rescue, ventilation, ladder operations, and hazardous materials management.
• Study and comprehend the requirements for fire prevention, building safety, fire protection systems, and emergency planning.
• Support senior fire instructors in organizing and conducting training sessions, practical exercises, and simulations. 
• To observe and learn from experienced instructors, gaining hands-on experience in delivering effective fire safety training.
• Opportunity to assist in delivering classroom instruction. This involves preparing instructional materials, facilitating discussions, and delivering presentations on fire safety topics.
• Participate in practical training activities such as live-fire drills, controlled burn exercises, and emergency simulations.
