Description

  • To handle sales inquiries and manage reservations for both the hotel and liveaboard experiences
  • Assisting guests throughout the booking process, providing information about available accommodations, amenities, and activities.
  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via various communication channels, such as email, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
  • Guide guests through the reservation process, ensuring accurate and timely bookings while adhering to the hotel and liveaboard policies and procedures.
  • Conduct sales activities to promote the hotel and liveaboard services. This includes actively engaging with potential customers, answering sales queries, and assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies.
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of reservations, customer preferences, and special requests will be essential.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the hotel and liveaboard to fulfill guest requirements and ensure a seamless experience throughout their stay or liveaboard trip.
  • To deliver exceptional service, facilitate smooth reservations, support sales efforts, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for guests 
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills are paramount in this role to provide personalized assistance and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and multitasking skills will contribute to efficient reservation management.
