-    Should possess a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.

-    Must be registered with Allied Health Council of the Maldives.

-    Readiness to take undertake sample collection visits.

-    Polite and respectful towards patients, customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

-    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-    Able to organize and prioritize workload.

-    Basic Computer literacy.
