General Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
- Inform guests of proper rates
- Make and confirm the reservation for guests
- Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies
- Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner
- Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
- Close guest accounts and check guests out
- Process accurate payment of guest accounts
General Requirements
- Good Verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi & English
- Minimum O LVL
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office Package
- Should be self-motivated and willing to undertake responsibilities
- Should be able to work with minimum supervision
- Flexible regarding work schedules
- Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure
- Ability to respond appropriately to diverse customers and guests
Salary 5500 MVR + Service Charge
