Position: ACCOUNTS OFFICER
Knowledge & Skill Requirement:
• A/L/Diploma with passes in relevant subjects preferred
• Must have minimum 01-year experience data entries and preparing accounts or in a similar capacity
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft application specially Excel and Word and having hands-on experience in Accounting software
• Excellent communication in oral and written English & Dhivehi is a must
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Committed & disciplined
Job Responsibilities:
• Data processing
• Invoicing and collection
• Making Vouchers and processing payments
• Maintaining files
• Handing Petty Cash and general expenses
• Handling customer and supplier communications
• Any other accounts related ad hoc duties as required from time to time
Salary: Negotiable based on relevant experience
