Description

- Provide administrative support to the engineering department, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.

- Coordinate engineering projects by liaising with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure effective communication and timely completion of tasks.

- Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
Assist in budget tracking and expense management for engineering projects.

- Maintain project files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.

- Coordinate and schedule equipment and resource allocation for engineering projects.

- Conduct regular stock checks to reconcile physical stock counts with system records.

- Assist in generating purchase orders for stock replenishment based on inventory levels and project requirements.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of required materials and equipment.

- Collaborate with workshop engineers and technicians to identify and forecast stock needs for ongoing and upcoming projects.

- Assist in procurement activities by liaising with vendors and suppliers for the purchase of engineering materials and equipment.

- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and report progress to management.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional coordination for engineering projects.

- Support in the preparation of technical documents, specifications, and proposals as needed.
