Admin Officer
VACANCY: 01 FULLTIME
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of performing clerical and administrative tasks, arranging travels and appointments.
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Organizing and attending meetings, liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Qualification & Requirements
- Completion of Bachelors in Business Administration or related field.
- Should be proficient MS Excel, Outlook and familiar with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and CorelDraw will be an added advantage.
- Must have good Communication skills to listen to feedback from others and convey your own feedback.
- Prior experience in customer service, multi-tasking and time management role will be added advantage.
Salary: MVR 9000- MVR 11,000 Negotiable based on education and experience. (3 months’ probation, increment based on evaluation)
Working Hours: Sat-Thurs 8:30 – 17:00 hrs. 1 day off in a week.
