Qualification and other Requirements
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree In Human Resources or relevant field
• Candidates with experience in related field are preferable
Main Responsibilities
• Crafting compelling job advertisements and posting on various websites/platforms
• Utilizing various sourcing techniques to find potential candidates
• Reviewing and screening applicants
• Conducting interviews to assess candidates skills and qualifications
• Building relationship with potential clients
• Providing daily updates to candidates and clients
• Maintaining candidates and client data base
• Engage in any other recruitment procedure when required
