• To maintain the sand barge always in good looking appearance and good shape.
• While sand barge is in out of operation, Sand barge should clean and repainted to avoid rusty exposure.
• Always monitor under water anode and make sure that the anode is in proper size and working shape.
• While sand pump is out of operation, Sand pump should be always clean and oil and repainted.
• Pump electric winch chain, bearing, and steel cable should always have oil and grease to avoid any rust build up.
• Operation time, Connect the all necessary pipe from pump motor until discharge point.
• Make sure that bolts and nuts to connect pipe flange are all ready to use and not rusty.
• Make sure that all tools necessary for the operation of the pump must be ready all the time.
• Monitor generator diesel and make sure that generator have enough diesel.
• Withdraw diesel oil to engineering main store.
• Maintain cleanliness inside sand barge.
• Communication tools must be safe in any incident of damage.
• Report to diesel mechanic if you have notice unusual behaviour or noise from generator. Wearing safety gear during working hours.
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects).
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
