Job Position:

FCLLP is currently looking for a Senior Associate. This position offers a unique combination of business advisory client service opportunities and leadership opportunities at one of the leading audit firms in the Maldives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Development of business plans, marketing plans, loan proposals. 
• Evaluates business proposals together with client financial and business status to assess viability and bankability of proposals.
• Provides advice and assistance in the establishment and maintenance financial records and recordkeeping systems, in compliance with all relevant business, accounting, and taxation laws, regulations, guidelines, and standards.
• May present proposals to management, stakeholders and other staff members.
• Organizes and files proposals and other relevant documents.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in accounting and finance or ACCA or relevant field.

Competencies:

• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Dhivehi 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Ability to develop basic business plans, marketing plans, financial strategies, and business loan proposals
• Proficiency in the use of network and PC-based software applications including menu-driven work processing, spreadsheet, database, and information reporting software. 
• Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player. 
• Should be familiar with Microsoft office package and any other software relevant and procedures.

Remuneration:

• MVR 10,000-12,500 monthly, depending on experience.
