Ideal Candidate shall have:
 Minimum 1 year of work experience in equivalent positions in a five-star luxury resort or hotel.
 Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a positive & flexible attitude.
 Candidates must demonstrate a dynamic, positive, and energetic leadership style with excellent communication skills.
 Good operational and interpersonal skills.
 Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
 Team player with a positive can-do attitude.
 Fluency in English.
