SAMANN Group of Companies comprises Samann Investments Pvt Ltd, Samann Hotels Pvt Ltd,       Samann Trading Pvt Ltd, and Samann Travels Pvt Ltd which are engaged in areas of Real Estate, Tourism, and General Trading. 

In line with the ongoing expansion of Samann Entities, Samann Investments Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic applicant to join us as a Financial Analyst who will be tasked with performing the financial and management reporting and establishing the internal controls within the finance department of Samann Group of Companies. Coordinate the budget process and carry out the monitoring of the budget. Additionally, this section will be preparing the monthly reports of the group and preparing the financials, and liaising with the external and tax auditors when the need arises.

Responsibilities        
  -   Ensure that accounting records comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Accounting Standards (IAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 
  -   Document the work process and identify the internal controls that need to be established.
  -   Carry out Internal Control Inspections company wide, in order to identify the control issues within the group. 
  -   Conduct various control/performance audits.
  -   Verify the daily reports, prepared by the corporate accounts section
  -   Overall financial records will be checked and financial reports will be prepared for management purposes. 
  -   Various ad-hoc reports will be prepared for management decisions.
  -   Conduct research on accounting issues and advise corporate accounts
  -   Liaise with the auditors and ongoing preparation of financial reports.
  -   Collection, compilation, and dissemination of data to other departments from finance 
  -   Prepare and monitor the company wide budget
  -   Timely reporting of budget performance to management
  -   Monitor and plan Group cash flow

Requirements     
  -   Graduate in Accounting or Finance or Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA. 
  -   Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role and proficient in Microsoft excel.
  -   Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
  -   ACCA Affiliate or CIMA passed finalist is an added advantage
