Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Participate in month-end account closing activities.
- Recording and reconciling financial transactions in accounting software or spreadsheets
- Verifying and reconciling discrepancies in financial transactions and documents
- Staying updated with relevant accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Providing general administrative support to the finance department, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality and security of bank accounts.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Education level. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Specific skills:
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications with strong Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Month End Processing, and Ability to work across multiple cultures.
